4. CCTV & Live Streaming Policy (Important) Our campus is equipped with a secure CCTV system to ensure the safety of our students. Access to the Live Classroom Feed via the Parent Portal is a privilege subject to strict conditions:

• Authorised Access Only: Login credentials are issued strictly to legal guardians. You may not share your username or password with anyone else.
• No Recording: Parents are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or re-streaming the live feed.
• Privacy of Others: You acknowledge that other children will be visible in the background. Sharing any footage of other children on social media (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok) is a violation of this policy and may result in the immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

5. Data Security We employ robust physical and digital security measures to protect your information. Student records are stored in secure facilities at our Mt Pleasant campus, and digital databases are password-protected.
